At VGroups, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for all orders placed on our online store. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery areas, charges, and related terms.  

 

 

 1. DELIVERY TIMELINES

 3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER  

- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number. 

- Track via our website or courier partner’s portal (e.g., Delhivery, FedEx).  

 4. DELIVERY AREAS  

- Domestic: Servicing all major Indian cities (PIN code verification at checkout).  

- Remote Areas: Extra charges or longer timelines may apply.  

- International: Selected countries (check dropdown at checkout).  

 5. FAILED DELIVERIES & REATTEMPTS  

- 1st Attempt: If delivery fails (wrong address, unreachable customer), we’ll retry once.  

- Returned Orders: Unsuccessful deliveries after 2 attempts will be refunded (excluding shipping fees).  

 6. ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES  

- Pre-Shipment: Cancel anytime before dispatch via "My Orders" page.  

- Post-Shipment: Contact customer care within 6 hours for cancellation (if not shipped).  

- Address Changes: Only allowed before dispatch.  

 7. DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS?  

- Inspect at Delivery: Refuse if package is tampered with.  

- Report Within 48 Hours: Email [support@vgroups.com] with order number + images.
