VGROUPS REFUND & RETURN POLICY  

 

At VGroups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you can request a return, exchange, or refund under the following terms.  

 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

❌ Non-Returnable Items:  

- Perishables, personalized items, innerwear, cosmetics, and discounted/clearance products.  

 2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN  

 Step 1: Request a Return  

- Log in to "My Orders" on [VGroups website/app] → Select item → Click "Return/Exchange".  

- OR Email [returns@vgroups.com] with:  

  - Order number  

  - Product images/video (if defective)  

  - Reason for return  

 Step 2: Approval & Return Pickup  

- Our team will verify & approve within 24 hours.  

- Free pickup arranged via courier partner (or self-ship for exchanges). 

 Step 3: Refund/Exchange Processing

 3. RETURN CONDITIONS  

- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.  

- Defective items: Include a photo/video of the issue.  

- Self-shipping: Use a trackable courier (return costs borne by customer unless faulty product).  

 4. REFUSED RETURNS  

We may reject returns if:  

- Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer.  

- Return request is made after the eligible period.  

- Missing original packaging/invoice.  

 5. CANCELLATION POLICY  

- Before Shipping: Full refund in 1-2 business days.  

- After Shipping: Refund processed after return inspection.
